  They just told about 7-12 people they ran out of food/ all meat and it will take longer then 20 min. We all just left hungry. Then the worker yelling for people to go home like what is going on its 4pm… management needs to look into this asap

  I'll start by saying this, I originally sent my review directly to corporate and since sending that review. Things have gotten much better and I see new faces in the restaurant that have made a difference. So I won't go too hard on them but I need for them to remain consistent. This is the closest Chipotle to my crib and I want it to be amazing, but the presentation is sloppy and they weren't very friendly. I really didn't get much meat which is a popular complaint. I've returned since and had a better experience, but I still believe it's a solid 3.5.

  Hoy llegamos aqui , la verdad yo e hido a otros chipotles sabe bien la comida pero aqui en este puesto no me sabia a nada la comida .... no le pusieron sason oh algo , además de eso , mi mujer está embarazada y preguntamos por el baño porque ella queria usar el baño UNA MUJER EMBARAZA y no la dejaron usarlo , y le grita en la casa y la ignora y entonces ???...

  Terrible customer service. The worker was extremely rude and dismissive. An 8-year-old has to use the restroom while purchasing food in your establishment, but you say "no, "no public restroom," etc. to a child. When asked is there one close by, we were ignored and this is while the child is dancing in the middle of the store trying to "hold it." It is difficult to find good help, but Antoine's tone was quite surprising since we had a wonderful experience at Facci and we have been pleased with our Baltimore visit this week. We were told the GM was also there, although she was silent, which is not surprising. Thank God for some human decency in one employee, Ar(Shae). We are grateful for her generosity and compassion. I understand not having a pubkic restroom but dismissing a child is unacceptable. Also, when people are purchasing items from your restaurant then maybe reconsider how you speak and treat them. Overall, I suggest choosing another establishment to visit because this one is not equipped to provide good service.

  I stopped eating Chipotle (esp. order ahead) on & off for years because of incidents like this, e.g. poor quality food & missing items when ordering mobile. However, tonight’s visit (first in idk how many years) to this site was appalling. The brown rice was so undercooked that I couldn’t enjoy the bowl—which btw had a ton of rice in respect to the small portions of garnish & salsas; no fajitas either. Also, when I'd inquired about the free chips & guac I was sure that I'd ordered, the expo girl read back the ticket on the carryout bag as fit to prove otherwise, but had the poor taste to laugh about it? I’ll eat at Halal Guys next time.
