  This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life. They never have anything! If you close at 10pm you should not be out of stuff at 7pm. This is all the time! Fire everyone including management! Clearly the workers do what they want! If you’re running low on food and don’t close till 4 hours later common sense would say make more food. But clearly they’re not taught properly! it’s just very upsetting experiencing an establishment constantly out of food they’re suppose to have.

  I am an avid Chipotle patron but this was the most disgusting and terribly ran Chipotle I have ever been to. When we walked in it had a foul smell. There were vagabonds sitting in the corner away from where the worker could see that kept eyeing us while trying to eat and asking for money. When ordering our food it looked like it was there from the night before and when I asked if they had fresh steak the lady went to another station and gave us the most dry and shriveled up steak you have ever seen. There was 2 people in line ahead of us and about 15+ behind us. There was no cashier for about 5 minutes and they just kept making orders and piling them up. A register should NEVER be left unattended even if you have to use the restroom. All of the trash cans were over flowing and there was trash everywhere. The coke was so flat it tasted like Diet Coke. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended. They should probably just shut it down at this point 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

  The gentleman who made my bowl was very nice, professional, and accommodating, and I genuinely appreciated his customer service\. Unfortunately, my experience with the supervisor was very different\. He appeared distracted and unprofessional, and unfortunately, I believe that behavior is reflected in the overall performance of the team he supervises\. I had a similar experience at this location about a month ago\. At that time, I witnessed the supervisor telling a CSR representative that she could not provide me with sauce from the area where online orders were being prepared\. He also would not allow her to change the juices, despite the available juices being completely empty\. I decided to give the location another chance today, hoping that things had improved\. Unfortunately, it was essentially the same experience with the same supervisor\. There appeared to be only one person actively working, and that was the gentleman who prepared my bowl\. When I checked out, I already had guacamole and asked for chips to go with it\. The gentleman at the register appeared hesitant about providing them\. I also asked for vinaigrette and was told they did not have any\. However, I could clearly see the vinaigrette sitting in the same area that I had previously been told customers could not access\. That makes very little sense from a customer\-service standpoint\. This location is not a drive\-through, and if customers are paying the prices being charged for their food, the expectation should be that the restaurant is properly stocked and that available items are actually being made available to paying customers\. Having basic items completely unstocked, refusing to replenish them, or creating unnecessary restrictions around items that are visibly available is unacceptable\. I am not complaining about the gentleman who prepared my food; he was courteous and did his job well\. My concern is specifically with the management and the lack of organization, communication, and customer service being demonstrated at this location\. Unfortunately, after giving this location another opportunity, this will be my last visit until there is a significant change in management and the overall customer\-service experience\.

  This location always devolves into chaos when they get busy. As if being 2 block away from both stadiums in Baltimore City is a surprise to them. It never fails to disappoint on busy days. From my perspective, that means that your management is very crappy. Thanks (:/) for also overcharging me for a steak burrito when I ordered Sofrito. It cannot be this difficult to manage a gd Chipotle.

  Came here the night before after convention centre event. It was busy but no issue waiting. Only to get to the front and be told they r basically out of everything besides pork and beans not even any cheese left. Employee was rude about it too. Tried to come in the morning and store wasn’t even open on time terrible location.
