  Let me just start by saying I absolutely love chipotle. It’s some of the best food you can get quickly. However, this location by far and away is the worst I’ve been to and I’ve been to quite a few chipotles. In comparison to other near locations like bel air, forest hill, and fallston, it’s absolutely terrible. For starters the service is service I would expect from a Wendy’s. I always ask the person preparing my bowl how their day is and most reply with a smile and say “Good” or “ Good how about you?” At this chipotle I’m usually met with a blank stare and silence that says “I don’t care just tell me what you want in your bowl already.” Sorry for trying to be a human being. My other biggest complaint is I’ve never seen a chipotle be “out” of ingredients so often. One or two things around closing time makes sense, but it’s way too often. In fact, I went tonight and they were “out” of corn and cheese. That’s weird. Then why did I see someone packing a burrito with cheese AND corn at the other station for a mobile order? So you’re not really out, you’re just lazy. That’s by the time I was checking out though so it was too late to say anything. Another experience I had was I asked for chips as I often do. Tell me why when I got home my chip bag was half eaten with a fork in it and sour cream loose in the bag. I really love chipotle but I really hate that this is the closest location to me.

  I had bug in my food! Never ever had such a poor experience as the staffing, cleanliness, and now a bug in my food.

  I hate it to coming chipotle location, they always slow, no friendly smile, it’s like they fake it until customers are gone, and make the bag thicker or stronger. It ripped and my food is destroyed from the bottom. I never eating chipotle from location or have any high interest of a chipotle.

  Overpriced for the quality. Steak was tough and grisly, chicken and carnitas were very dry. Service was not friendly. Not at all impressed. It's unlikely that I'd go back.

  Worst Chipotle in Baltimore Co! Will travel elsewhere for food. Asked for BEEF, got Steak. When i politely corrected the employee, she screamed in my face "what is beef???". I told her Beef like on the menu above, she screamed back in my face "if you want beef you need to say beef barbacoa to make it easier for me". Simply ridiculous. No other location is confused on what beef is, or has ever screamed in my face. Every person in line looked up from their phone to see what was going on. I felt humiliated and embarrassed because a worker doesn't even know what's on the menu! Music as loud as a night club, maybe if the music was lower she could've actually heard me!! If i could rate 0/5 I would! 5/23/26 at 1:15pm
