Every Saturday and Sunday, after finishing our workout at Merritt Club, we usually come to Chipotle for lunch. Unfortunately, the food quality at this location has become terrible lately. The rice has been undercooked, the guacamole is not properly mashed and has a very poor texture, and the fajitas have an awful taste. The overall quality of the food has gone downhill significantly. This is not what we expect from Chipotle, especially as regular customers. We were hoping things would improve after hearing there was supposed to be a new chef, but unfortunately, the problems have continued. I’ve attached pictures of the food and our receipt from our recent visit as evidence of what we received. At this point, it feels like a waste of money, and the poor food preparation and quality make us uncomfortable eating there. I would not recommend this Chipotle location. If you want to waste your money on poorly prepared food, this is the place to go. We are very disappointed and will seriously reconsider coming back.
