- PPPhilipApr 28, 20262.0Customer service is definitely lacking at this location. Rather than opening the window at the exterior counter, she tried to talk to me through the closed window. Thankfully, someone else opened it, and the second server agreed with me that the first encounter was pretty weird. I suggested more training might be needed. After the first server returned and let me know that the exterior counter was for door dashers, I returned to my car to wait. They eventually brought the food to my vehicle once they saw that I was disabled, but the bad attitude was still there.
