  I placed s mobile order that included 2 burgers, both with bacon and one with crispy onions straws, and both ingredients were completely missing. We tried to call the restaurant several times but no one answered. So we found a number for some kind of guest services center and the 1st guys just kept speaking to us in Spanish. Finally I told him, in Spanish, to speak English because we told him we don't speak Spanish and then he hung up. When I called back again and explained what happened, the girl just kept saying the line was breaking up and she couldn't hear me. Such a scam!

  THIS PLACE IS A SCAM LITERALLY, THEY RIPPED US OFF AND WE COULD NOT GET EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANSWER THE PHONE THEY TALKED IN SPANISH THE WHOLE TIME AND WE EVEN SPOKE BACK IN SPANISH AND THEY HUNG UP! second time at checkers and after the first amazing time, this time which is actually my birthday May 15th, my girlfriend orders on her phone and we get bigger sandwiches. we got the big Buford and the baconzilla... we did not get the right size burgers I don't believe but even if we did, we didn't get any bacon on either of our sandwiches! The whole point was to try their bacon and we got zero lol I was supposed to get four pieces I got zero and I think Jen my girlfriend was supposed to get two and she got zero. we tried to call and they did not answer the phone and it did not take any messages. I'm very upset about this and I don't really want to make a big deal about it on my birthday but like, how do you forget something that's a major part of what you order? smh I was so excited to show my girlfriend because of the amazing experience I had the day before.

  First off, let me start by saying, unlike every other fast food place, I've never had any issue whatsoever with this checkers. Today I decided to try their monsterella stix, and OMG!!!! Imagine a super cheesy, but not so stringy that it all comes out with one bite, mozzarella stick with their french fry breading. OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The customer service, as always, was again top notch. If I have to say anything bad, it would be that they're doing construction on their lot for the new building and it makes it a bit difficult to navigate, but that is no fault of checkers.

  I ordered 2 for $6 checkerburgers ,one with no mustard. They gave me 2 burgers with nothing but cheese on them. This is usually a good location
