As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We tried to call the restaurant several times but no one answered. So we found a number for some kind of guest services center and the 1st guys just kept speaking to us in Spanish. Finally I told him, in Spanish, to speak English because we told him we don't speak Spanish and then he hung up. When I called back again and explained what happened, the girl just kept saying the line was breaking up and she couldn't hear me. Such a scam!

The whole point was to try their bacon and we got zero lol I was supposed to get four pieces I got zero and I think Jen my girlfriend was supposed to get two and she got zero. we tried to call and they did not answer the phone and it did not take any messages. I'm very upset about this and I don't really want to make a big deal about it on my birthday but like, how do you forget something that's a major part of what you order? smh I was so excited to show my girlfriend because of the amazing experience I had the day before.

Today I decided to try their monsterella stix, and OMG!!!! Imagine a super cheesy, but not so stringy that it all comes out with one bite, mozzarella stick with their french fry breading. OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The customer service, as always, was again top notch. If I have to say anything bad, it would be that they're doing construction on their lot for the new building and it makes it a bit difficult to navigate, but that is no fault of checkers.
