  I tried Charleys Cheesesteaks for the first time and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to pick up my order the staff seemed more focused on my dogs than completing the pickup process which felt unprofessional even though I did not make an issue out of it. Once I got home which was only about seven minutes away my fries were already cold which suggests the food had been sitting for some time before I picked it up. The cheesesteak itself was very dry and what stood out even more was that the toppings were placed on top of the sub instead of inside it which was unexpected and not appealing. I reached out through Twitter to ask if this was how the sandwich is normally prepared and was told the issue would be escalated but I never received any follow up. I am not sure if this is an issue with this specific location or the brand overall but based on this experience I will not be returning.

  Bree was amazing!!! She was professional and pleasant the whole time we were there. Great customer service.

  Bri was simply amazing, the husband and I went tonight, i don't know about any other employees, but she was so nice and patient and we appreciate and need more people like her in business ❤️❤️♥️
