All i wanted was a milkshake and after asking the girl who was mopping the floor for directions every step of the way she whipped up and insane 25% ice cream and 75% milk creation, fills the medium cup up 3/4 of the way and that is being generous. She then goes that’ll be $9 and change…. lmfao i would rather burn a ten dollar bill outside then pay for that disaster. Please get a grip

Called the store multiple times this morning. Finally left a message and 5 minutes after the message I received an email saying I was being refunded. Now it’s too late to order another cake from another store. MIND YOU I HAD THIS ISSUE IN AUGUST with same store and manager begged me not to call corporate or leave had review and I only got my cake then after threatening to call corporate. How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
