Had a confusing experience and a long time patron. Came here for our date night to support our favorite spot only to encounter foolishness. This is a great place to eat and I will never deny that but service is everything. Quality customer service means everything and while we usually come for brunch, dinner experience was not equal, apparently. A smash burger can still be made to order when it’s is made order for brunch. Leave your attitude at home and don’t ruin everyone else’s experience. The manager did do his best to and he was awesome but it’s our much anticipated date night and why ruin it with your rudeness. I’m giving service a 1 and that’s facts.

We used to go here all the time but just can't anymore. Husband, two grade school kids and I went to watch a specific World Cup game. We ordered food and asked if we could have the channel on the giant TV in front of us changed to the game. Our server was lovely as always. But, some lady I have never seen before named Shannon said No, because she didn't know how to operate the remote to change one TV without changing another one. We watched this woman go into a rude, childlike tantrum spiral, she literally just wanted us to watch something else, was very annoyed and made it very clear. Once we realized she wasn't joking I asked to cancel our order (it had been entered while this was going on, so barely any time had passed). She got a total attitude about that, too, saying they were probably already working on our order (not possible). Then my Husband asked some kind people at the bar if they minded switching seats, which they were happy to do and resolved the TV situation for Shannon. We got our food and our kids food of their kid's menu and had our meal, Shannon also housed a salad behind the bar instead of brushing up on how to work the remote but okay.
I saw Collin on my way out and was in the middle of talking to him when she completely interrupted us to "defend" herself I suppose? I told her how I felt about her as we were leaving, then she tried to shame me for cursing around my kids. At a World Cup game. At a bar/restaurant that we have been to many many times. Because they have a kid's menu. And coloring books.
It's too bad because this place was cool but I am not going to spend $25 on kids meals to be treated like garbage, and then be shamed for bringing my kids.
Brunch or dinner we love this place! Very little turnover with staff they are all wonderful. We live nearby and love to bring guests here, just have to plan ahead to make sure you get a table!

Uneven experience. The burrata appetizer was very good. The lemon/pistachio/chili thread pasta was bland and not seasoned well, a real disappointment since this restaurant is known for it. However, the shrimp that were served with it were delicious. The wines were great, but priced extremely high. The chocolate pot de creme was the highlight of the meal, rich, with a great depth of flavor. The server was very polite but evidently stretched thin due to the fact the restaurant was crowded. The bowls the food is served in are horrible and inappropriate; lose them! The food, while good, is not what I would consider worth the extremely high "fine dining" prices charged for it.
