  Best place to shop, is a Giant Food stores. If they do have it, they can get it or tell you what store may have it. Some stores are different than others customer service. The Old court caters to the Jewish customers. That store is one of the best. It can be one of the cash cows of Giant Food. Yesterday I saw a customer fall at the 41st street store. A manager was called No one came to assist. The Reisterstown road is there for customers convenience, it doesn't get to attention that others stores receives; it's the location. The Columbia store is average and ok. The store on Fort Ave is very low on customer service. They are lower than Reisterstown Rd. It is also the location. The parking lot is known for many car jackings.

  They have horrible customer service and don’t bring pre-ordered groceries outside like they are paid to unless you go inside and complain to the manager. Please improve fast to prevent lowered ratings and bring in more money. God Bless!

  The cashier at the end of the register today at 5:15p was either upset with life and or her job. Just moved to the area and it was by far the worst customer service experience. All attitude. I said thank you,asked a question but no response. Aggressively dumbed my groceries on the counter, etc. My first experience here was with a manager or assistant manager & meat department and it was pleasant so I was actually shocked by the demeanor of the lady at the cashier. My advice please hire those who represent the company.

  Had some expired meat delivered to me through uber eats and attempted to return it they said they didn't take returned expired meat and I would have to go through uber for a return, while I literally was in the store. (I wasn't thinking, I should of took pictures of the upper management I spoke to.)
