  They will make 5 to 6 orders for people that are not there while a line of 5 other people who have made mobile orders already stand there without getting served because they can't prioritize orders for people that are there and waiting.

  They pick and choose who gets a decent amount and who doesn’t before you even say what you want. After the fifth time, my friends and I sat and watched from the dining area for quite some time. So many people complained about the small portions and having to pay double when they just wanted a little more to make a normal size while others were given larger portions. The result is why I’m finally posting this review. I’ve only experienced this at this specific location. Test for yourself though.

  This is what my son brought to me after he opened up this tangerine (mold). Yall gotta do better because this could literally kill some one.

  Chipotle is chipotle, if you've been to one you've been to all of them, HOWEVER this one has an employee that can be pretty heavy handed on the toppings which considering Chipotles current pricing metric is not something you will hear me complaining about. Only minor complaint is that their were 4 employees crowded around online order station and no one at the register and it took a minute for me to be checked out but to be fair it was around the dinner rush so I can't really complain that hard.

  I asked for a steak burrito and they had run out while more was being prepared. I said I’ll wait. Without asking, the worker grabbed COLD steak from the back and threw it on my burrito! Disappointing to see fresh steak right there and being given something from the back. It would have taken a minute to wait for the freshly made hot steak to be cut. This looked like a new female employee, short with dark hair and glasses. Didn’t appreciate that experience.
