I'm pretty unhappy because there were just approximately four pieces of chicken and no avocado when I received my meal. Why would I spend so much money on something that essentially has no meat and the additional avocado I paid for? Please do better

Then they have the audacity to talk crap about customers in front of their face in Spanish saying "they don't want to pay" when I speak Spanish and the truth is they messed up. I don't appreciate the attitude and next time take accountability or remake the bowl. Respectfully.

I’ve always enjoyed eating here, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I patiently waited while the staff prepared a fresh batch of guacamole, thinking it would be worth the extra wait. Unfortunately, the burrito was barely edible. After just three bites, I ended up throwing the entire thing away. After being a loyal customer for more than a decade, I never expected such a poor experience. I’m honestly considering switching to Qdoba or supporting a local family-owned restaurant that offers similar options. I hope this location can improve its food quality and consistency because this was far below the standard I’ve come to expect.
