  placed an order thru the chipotle app it was the chicken tacos with rice and beans, it’s the same order every time and I always get the rice and beans on the side due to the taco getting soggy because of the beans. Today I placed the usual order but this time they put the rice and beans inside the taco and when I checked the order when I got home the tacos were soggy, I had to get ready again and drive all the way to you guys again to explain the situation. The staff was not friendly at all, the TO GO lady was arrogant and Aida wasn’t professional at all, she wasn’t even willing to even help me in the first place saying she couldn’t remake the order but she never gave me a reason as to why she couldn’t do it. Like I said I’ve been ordering through the app to you guys location and never had a problem at all but this time your staff really game a hard time and most of them had an attitude for some reason, and i don’t know if Aida was the supervisor or not but if she acts like that towards the clients and has a management position maybe you should re consider and talk to her to fix her tone and her attitude, I never gave an attitude I was polite and wanted to have a solution to this situation. But this lady really gave me a hard time and as a paying costumer I don’t appreciate that all.

  Usually come here rarely have issues I always get extra rice I asked the lady for extra rice and she puts a small portion of rice and spreads it out and tell me it’s extra I repeat can I get extra rice and she proceeds to ignore me and hand my bowl off when I ask the other lady if I can get more rice the First Lady proceeds to tell her that I can’t in Spanish thinking I don’t understand the other lady was nice but the service from that on worker was just trash

  The place is clean and I usually have a good service when I come to this location. My issue was with the portions of the food, I asked for a little bit more of the meat and the person complained that this was the correct portion. Even the CEO of the company had shared that giving extra to the customers is not an issue and that we should feel free to do so. Why is this location not adhering to the company’s policy? disappointed.

  Creo que tienen que poner la porción que corresponde cada día es menos arroz menos pollo menos carne para el precio que pagas ponen media cuchara de cada cosa como que entrenan a los empleados para que cada vez que uno compra disminuyan la porción la comida es buena pero aveces es una estafa comprar . Esa es la cantidad de comida que le pusieron.
