  I visited Chipotle restaurant on Wednesday October the 14th, around 12:45 pm I have been attending to this store for the past five years, I purchased a kids meal with 2 soft chicken tacos, I requested rice and fajitas, the guy st the tortillas station pour the amount of fajitas in the plate, then he proceeded to retreat half of the portion of the Fajitas, the the woman next to him add the chicken and told me : he was giving you too much of fajitas, so he needs to take it out of the plate, the she was talking in low voice that I only deserve very little chicken on my plate and if it’s necessary, they will take the food out to make the portions accurate and that’s what they did, The manager was present. It was a woman 5.0 feet tall., Hispanic And she said they have the right to take the food out of the plate because they have to comply with the strict portion of the food in the plate, I asked her not to do that however, she told me that’s the way it should be and we don’t care what you need to say. They need to take the food out of the plate and thats the way it should be, she told me don’t get mad because you get in the right portion in the pplate , even when we need to take the food out of the plate she confirm and insist that’s the way it should be take the food out of the plate when you have too much and that’s what they did, I told her that she was rude and she just turned. I asked her name she didn’t wanna say her name however she confirmed she was the manager. I will never come back to this restaurant and I will follow up with this complaint.! Never coming back

  The people in this restaurant are rude and when you ask them for something they answer you badly and all the staff here treats you badly I would not return to this restaurant again

  I noticed that most of the employees here are of Latin descent and I also noticed that they usually give 1.5 to 2 scoops of protein to patrons of similar descent and they didn’t even ask for extra. Yes of course they’re speaking Spanish. When I was in line today there was a person of Latin descent in front of me and another behind me and they both got extra scoops of protein without being asked or charged extra where I got less than one full scoop and was then asked if wanted extra protein for an additional charge. Wasn’t born yesterday!…

  I just moved here and there is a certain lady there to me the 2x I went just doesn’t want to put food in the bowl I’m paying for. Why?? When I asked for the correct portion, I was charged. It’s the way she shakes the food off the spoon to feed a grown person. Update, I reluctantly went back today because I had a busy day and needed something to eat. Honestly it was worse than my other times, I could have counted the beans on my rice, even the sour cream was a mere dab. I don’t if it’s just me, then the lettuce, the lady at the end of the serving line put about a tablespoon portion of lettuce. Am I missing something at this place. Again if someone is being charged full price why can’t I get what I am already paying for?
