I know its just cake, but it was a cake for my daughters 13th birthday and times are tough. Spending this kind of money for icecream shouldn't leave a bad taste in your mouth. First issue (shown on the receipt) I ordered a chocolate crunchy cake with a photo. The totals do not match. Where is the $63.59 coming from? The store said "the website is wrong" and that was that. Wouldn't honor the price they are advertising, wouldn't even give me a gift card basically said "oh well!". And this was after being passed around 4 different people who could have cared less (I get it, food service can suck sometimes). I am no genius but the difference is $12.00 (looks like a double charge for the photo to me!) - but even if the website IS wrong? FIX IT. Anyhow - we go to cut into the cake last night and there is NO CAKE and NO CRUNCHIES. Just a big pile of icecream. And now I can't get ahold of anyone at the store to ask what happened, because I definately ordered the gosh darn crunchy cake. It was the whole entire reason I ordered a cake from Baskin Robbins in the first place. Very disappointed at this location and hate that in this economy, taking the chance buy something nice and special has just been another reminder of the capitalist hellscape we live in. Employees that are so run down they don't give a flying finger and a corporate number that tells you "they aren't taking calls at this time" and then I suppose technological issues that humans can't seem to fix.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
