  I ordered a pizza, 16 Parmesan bread bites, a pasta and a stuffed cheesy bread with spinach and feta. None of the food was edible. The pizza wasn’t cut and had no sauce and the cheesy bread had no cheese. Pasta was under done and cold. I tried to call the store and tell them but they never answer. At one point picked up and immediately hung up. The whole establishment needs to be re worked. Horrible service except for the delivery driver. Pure laziness and it’s obvious. Won’t ever be ordering from this embarrassment of a location.

  Always check your food before you leave! Went to this location - it’s the only one within driving distance. Usually they get our order right, but this time around they gave us someone else’s order. I called to get the pizza remade - phone ringed about 5x nobody picked up. Tried again, someone picked up the phone then hung up on me before I could even say hello. Now mistakes happen, I’ve worked in both retail and food service so I understand things get hectic, but hanging up on customers (especially when they’re not even yelling or cursing you out) is crazy. We managed to get through, explain the situation, but are then told it’s busy and it would be an hr wait for the pizza to be made. I opted to have my account credited to use for next time, but at the time of writing this, I haven’t received anything. Sent a message to corporate who supposedly forwarded the message to the store management, still no response other than the blanket apology for less than stellar service. Moral of the story, check your order before leaving.

  I ordered online the third bad experience here I try to give the benefit of doubt like maybe I ordered at the wrong time it was too busy or a Friday night but every time now I’ve gotten the wrong food last time it was the whole pizzas this time I ordered 3 oven items a cheese bread which did not come with marinara but then I got a large pizza which came fine but i ordered bacon cheese tator tots and did not get them instead I got another cheese bread this just happen I tried to catch the driver but he was gone too fast ive been trying to get the restaurant on the phone for 30 minutes calling 7 times until it goes to busy this is beyond ridiculous 7 times!? I just want my kids tator tots. Update almost two hours after ordering I’ve finally gotten through the women answered saying she was the working ALONE cooking and covering the register/call orders that is not okay they need to fix this problem hire more people fire people something this is unacceptable for the poor women working and for the customers at the end of the day she gave me a credit for the tots but she was so busy she couldn’t even call and tell me they’re out of tots

  My pizza was undercooked. They were very late with getting my delivery to me. They never called me to let me know what was going on The driver did apologize and told me how things got messed up and the chicken Alfredo bowl it’s dry with hardly any sauce and it they barely covered the bottom of the pan with the noodles and chicken 😩 very disappointed
