The deli clerk (Damio) informed me someone entered my order incorrectly. The manager (Yvonne) sat temped to call 2 other stores who were unable to fill the order. Long story short…Damio went straight to work on my order as online in Baltimore and my family event was the next day. I just wanted to share that both Damio and Yvonne went above and beyond what was asked to ensure the customer experience was exceptional!!! Thank you guys again…YOU ROCK!!! Damio “saved” the day and my event was a success!!!! Customer experience is often watered down, but these folks made me a believer AGAIN⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you try to get help and an answer, there is no one around to help you. So Safeway just lost a customer. I would rather go to their competitor where I am guaranteed my order versus dealing with this type of customer non-support.

I literally put all my groceries back on the shelf and walked out. As I said earlier Safeway is a very nice store, and friendly staff but I won’t ever shop here due to the insane prices for basic things on the shelf.
