  We had a wonderful dining experience at Red Hot & Blue Annapolis. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with warm, friendly, and attentive service. The food arrived fresh, hot, and beautifully prepared. Every dish was packed with rich, smoky flavors, and you could tell everything was made with care. The portions were generous, and every bite was satisfying. What truly made this visit memorable was our server. She was absolutely incredible! We were a party of six, and she took everyone’s order entirely from memory—without writing a single note. Every order was delivered accurately, and nothing was missed. Her professionalism, confidence, and remarkable memory were genuinely impressive. It’s rare to witness service like this, and she made our dining experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for authentic Southern BBQ, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality, this is definitely a restaurant worth visiting.   BURNT ENDS are a MUST try!!! It’s exactly what I thought they would be. It’s smoky and tender with 6 different sauces to choose from. Our server Elise (who was PHENOMENAL-shout out to her!!!) recommended the smoked meats so we opted for The Whole Smoker. 10 out of 10!! Can’t wait to go back!

  Average place. Food is ok. But nothing really stands out. Much better options out there for BBQ. My son seems to like it there so we will go back but only if he asks. The few times we have been the service has always been good.

  Summary: Under seasoned mess I got an order for carryout. It took over 30 minutes for me to get my food. But, the worst part was that the food wasn't seasoned at all! Their pulled chicken sandwich looked like someone took a plain rotisserie chicken apart and slapped it between 2 buns. Pulled chicken sandwich should fall apart just like a pulled pork sandwich and be COOKED IN JUICES. They just gave me BBQ sauce on the side. Not to mention the collard greens only were seasoned with pepper (Cook them with some pork this is amateur hour). The only thing that was good was the banana pudding and even then they were stingy with the wafers.

  Outstanding catering department! We had a graduation party catered by RHB and they helped me decide on a menu, work with my budget and the food was outstanding! Everyone loved it. I had a question right after delivery and the customer service was nothing less than outstanding!
