They were light and fluffy and the batter recipe was sweet but not overlyso. I came at 1230 on a Thursday, which is admittedly a low traffic time, but they didn't have quite enough staff to keep my water full. Also as much as I loved the pancakes, $16.96 is quite a lot for flour, buttermilk, syrup.
