  So today I ordered a beach club, what I hope it would have been but instead they gave me a concept of food, it was pretty much charcoal. Then when I asked for a new one they would not make one. I will never be coming back and will keep my whole family from this location. Worst sandwich place ever!!!!!!!!!!

  I Ordered a cheesesteak with no peppers. The sub had more peppers than cheesesteak. Highly disappointed, especially for the price. Let me know if you would like a picture.

  This review is for Wendy, the "manager" that I encountered today. I went into the location today to place a to go order. The cashier took my order and when I went to pay the system crashed so he rang me up on another register. In that short time, Wendy, decided that I couldn't place a to go order while I held my service animal in my hands. In fact her exact words were "you can't be in the restaurant unless you have your papers on him". I'm pretty sure this is in violation of State and federal statute. She said "it's not me, I love dogs, its the health department". I repeatedly asked if she was not allowing me to place a to go order because I had my dog. She repeatedly said yes, then canceled my order. It was clear she did not want my businesses. The Maryland Health Department does not override federal law AND Maryland state law. I've been in this exact restaurant before with the same dog/service animal and jave had no issues by anyone in the staff. He's always been in my complete control, in my arms. Wendy, I hope you know that your actions today are considered discrimination and I could file suit with Jimmy John's for civil rights violations.
