- FCFran CanavanSep 19, 20262.0This is the fourth time I have ordered $1000 worth of food from chipotle to treat teachers at a local school. The first three times I picked up the order and delivered it myself.. due to an injury, I was unable to pick up the order yesterday and had to schedule delivery. I placed my order one week in advance and called to ensure that the order would be delivered on time. I’ve never had a problem using my Discover card to order from chipotle. But Discover has been purchased by Capital One and four times Capitol One denied the purchase even though four times they sent me texts, asking me if it was a legitimate purchase to which I answered “yes.” Capital One finally approved the order at 4 AM the morning of the event. chipotle claims that the payment was still “pending” at 11 AM. They prepared the thousand dollar order but they would not deliver it because of the “pending”payment. That is perfectly understandable. unfortunately, because the payment was pending they would not deliver it. What is not understandable is that they never called me to let me know that someone had to come pick up the $1000 order. After waiting over an hour for the food to be delivered, thereby many of the teachers missing their lunch period, the school finally called chipotle and found out that they needed to send someone over to get it. Capitol One will never be in my wallet.

My friend asked for guacamole and ended up with half a whole avocado. The soda machine was leaking and the fastener fell off the lemonade dispenser. My friend also asked for extra chicken and was told no 4 TIMES!!!!!! Most of my groups bowls were only half full, and my one friend was shorted a considerable amount of money, and the cashier did not give him his change back that he deserved. My friend who did not ask for beans somehow ended up with beans in his bowl, we do not know why

When i got a small portion after some hispanics in front of me got a much bigger portion I asked for more and they didn’t give me any. I asked to speak to the manager and she was rude but talking very nicely in spanish to other customers.
