  Most unwelcoming award. You walk in at 850pm, when it says they are open til 11pm. I confirmed they are open til 11pm with staff. All of the chairs were up and they are cleaning and putting everything away on the line. No beef, no chips, no ice in machine and all of the hot food is cold. The staff looked very agitated anyone came in. The girl said the chairs were up because they are short staffed. Im counting 5 employees right now after 9pm, as I eat my cold burrito. Not a pleasant experience. One table had bench seating and I can sit here and dine in. Hope they address it.

  This location closes at 11 but we get there at 9:30 and they have absolutely no meat available and are cleaning up and saying they are about to close.

  This has to be the shittiest Chipotle around the area. Routinely they are "closed" even though they are open and won't allow you to order for whatever reason. Never have this issue with any of the other locations. Staff is less than friendly too.

  I came to pick up my mobile order and was unsure if I just grab my order from the shelf or wait in line. So at first I head to the front of the line because i was going to ask the cashier if i could just grab it quick (keep in mind there was just one man in the middle of making his bowl with an employee and that was the line). But no employee would acknowledge me and there were two of them just standing there, talking. They were all speaking spanish so obviously i didn't understand and I just assume they were talking work and busy so I waited a little to maybe be waited on. Still no acknowledgement. So i thought maybe they thought i was being rude and cutting that gentleman. So i got behind him and continued to wait. There were those two employees continuing to just stand there and talk to one of the employees helping that man make the bowl. Still the conversation continued, they just ignored me and acted like i didn't even exist. It made me really uncomfortable. Finally, the one employee that finished helping the gentleman make that bowl, helped me. But she didn't look like she wanted to. It was like because she had no other option but to acknowledge me because her coworkers that were doing nothing refused to help me. I'm not sure what i did wrong in this instance to get this weird and kinda rude treatment but i didn't do anything. I just wanted to pick up my food after a long hard day of work. Not coming back here. Riva Rd has never done me like this.

  This location is constantly out of products hours before closing time. If you cannot provide the services promised then just close earlier. They are also blasting music so loud i cannot hear the employees and have to yell to be heard. The staff has been increasingly rude. I will not be going back to this location again.
