Staff is nice but it is so loud the can't hear you clearly. I asked for chicken, I got honey chicken instead. I was good though. And It is so expensive. I got a bowl same with my mom. And we got a large queso,chips,and drink. Our total ended up being $40.00! Crazy expensive. We already spent about $600.00 shopping! But the food is good. It's ok to buy Chipotle there sometimes.
- AAarielxfeltonJul 8, 20262.0I usually come here in my experience is good but this time it was unsatisfactory, for starters the station after the meet was not there, and they had to walk back to tables to get the ingredients that I won, secondly there was no burritos at all, and I understand a shortage of supplies but they should be more prepared for this, I get a steakbowl I ask for a teeny bit more of steak and usually when I do that they will say do you want double and I say no, but this time this particular worker gave me one more steak chunk and then told the cashier to charge me for double steak when I told the cashier I didn’t get double steak she asked the worker that worked on my food and she said “he asked for a little bit more so charge double” I ended up paying the $19.03 but this is ridiculous customer service that shouldn’t be Implemented in any food service industry, especially in established one such as chipotle, also the workers were leaving their stations to have casual conversation with the customer sitting at the table, making it longer for the already long line to shorten. On top of all this, every single table was dirty and there was trash scattered around the store. This is ridiculous and they have lost a regular customer in me today.
