  Aliyah was a wonderful server so attentive, took the time to explain all questions we had, made some excellent recommendations. Everything done perfectly. She even served our cake for my parents 61st anniversary & our friends 47th anniversary. An exceptional employee & a great evening. Thank you so much, it was memorable!

You were warm, attentive, and genuinely delightful, and we’re so grateful. Sometimes a great evening is about much more than the meal, and tonight was exactly the reset we needed. ❤️

  My partner and I had an incredible experience at Chart House Prime. I decided to take her out for her birthday, we were met with a warm welcome, and she received a little birthday card which was a very kind gesture. John was our server and he was absolutely fantastic, he ensured we were taken care of, and his presentation of the “Infused & Fogged” drink was very fun to watch. We thoroughly enjoyed his charisma, as well as his professional demeanor. The food was incredible, my NY Strip was cooked to perfection, the potato skillet and the sushi were delicious too. Overall, our experience last night was an easy 10/10, and although we live in VA we will gladly make the trip to come out again! Great hospitality, food, and atmosphere.

  My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience at Chart House Prime. The food was prepared to perfection. Our server was Holland, she did a marvelous job. Very pleasant and attentive. She took the time to answer any questions we had. She seemed really happy to be serving there. Again a really wonderful dining experience mostly because of the service Holland provided. We will be back.

  Service and atmosphere are great but the food is pretty lackluster and the dessert even more so. The wedge salad and the shrimp cocktail had a beautiful presentation and our crab cakes and steak were great but nothing special. Dessert we tried the trio of crème brûlée. This was the worst part of the meal. It came with strawberry, vanilla and blood orange flavors and while the blood orange was lovely, the texture and the flavors of the other two were just bad. Especially the strawberry, which was pretty horrible. I can’t say I will be back.
