- VWVeronica WelchAug 4, 20263.0I don't know if was bad timing but everything I wanted they didn't have. No plain bagels no blue berry muffins no chocolate milk. Because it was the only place around where we knew we could get a breakfast type meal at 11am we went there. I ended up getting the wake up wrap and ice coffee deal and hash browns. It was good but not very hot food and I had trouble understanding the person who took our order. She had a strong accent but you could see she was a hard worker and was in charge as she was busy cleaning and controlling what was being done by other staff members. I will say it was the cleanest Dunkin donuts that I have been in! Not sure but I think they had a busy rush shortly before we got there as the staff was busy filling up the ice cooler and other areas. I probably will go back soon as we are staying in the area for a week.

Once I received my order, half of the munchkins were missing & the half that were present were stale, the has browns were undercooked & not edible. I contacted the store who stated that they could not issue any refund & that I needed to return to the store immediately to fix the order. I contacted Dunkin customer service who initially offered a partial points refund, then stated that my money refund would take 2 weeks. Customer service also gave me a lecture about how they are not related to the store & do not care about store issues. There are so many other options in the area, spend your money elsewhere!

When I arrived there was no one in line and the sales associate had her back to incoming customers texting. She said over her shoulder, I will be with you in a minute. I allowed the minute courtesy which turned into 7 minutes. Finally the texter turned around to take my order, no smile, no greeting. I said two cups of regular hot coffee w/oatmilk. Having to wait another 5 minutes because both coffee machines were empty was on another level for a business at 9:30 am. But the diabolical part was picking up a carton of milk shaking it I could hear that it was near empty and her putting the equivalent of one tsp in each cup. At $1.00 a serving. I would never have this person as the face of my business. I recorded her unprofessional actions. You don’t want to work stay home.
