- SRSarah Raza2 days ago1.0This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. I ordered two large caramel cappuccinos. The first attempt came out with zero caramel. When I pointed this out, the female server responded with immediate attitude, raising her voice and loudly blaming her coworker rather than fixing the issue. To make matters worse, my large cup was almost entirely foam. When I asked her to actually fill the beverage properly, she flatly refused, claiming it "looked fine" to her. Another employee (with curly hair) stepped in to remake the drinks, but was completely unable to prepare them correctly either. At that point, tired of the arguing and incompetence, we took the subpar drinks and walked out. I frequently visit Dunkin', but I will never return to this location. Management needs to seriously address both basic beverage standards and blatant employee hostility. Save yourself the frustration and skip this stop entirely , drive a few miles further to the Chesapeake House rest area instead.

Google and the Dunkin’ website say this location is OPEN 24 HOURS, yet I arrived around 9:30 PM and the store was completely closed with the storefront lights off. This was supposed to be my rest stop after driving all the way from North Carolina. I specifically planned to stop here to get food, use the restroom, and take a break after a long drive, only to arrive and find the store closed despite the hours clearly saying 24 hours. What made the situation even more ridiculous was seeing two employees behind the counter flirting with each other while the store was closed. If you’re going to close the store early, why are employees inside doing everything except serving customers? Please check your cameras, because I genuinely don’t know what is going on at this location. If the store is not actually open 24 hours, then update the hours online instead of misleading customers and wasting their time. This was extremely unprofessional and incredibly frustrating after driving such a long distance. Completely unacceptable customer service.

And your crew said in here we don’t do that. My husband is very disappointed. After a long drive he chose to buy his drink in dunkin coz he like the iced coffee in dunkin. And when we arrived at dunkin in NY he buy his iced cappuccino.Sorry to say but the service is not good.
