- DPDahiana Peña4 days ago1.0The cashier is very rude and arrogant, terrible service, she charged me for things I didn't order. The girl had a very bad attitude. I ordered a coffee, a donut, and a lemonade, and she didn't give me the donut. I asked for a receipt, and she ignored me.

Check your bank statements they told me. Nice. I didn’t want to go back and forth, so I said you right thanks. Knowing darn well the bank statements don’t show what I ordered.🙄 Teenagers making the drinks-Managers arguing and raising their voice with their employees and giving orders. Not professional at all, no care into the drinks that are being made. I smelled a burnt bagel because of the confrontation… This place is not running on Dunkin, this place is running on money and into the ground. Thats all they care about it seems, they just want your money. If you go here - Good luck and I hope you got a good cup.

When orders were ready, employees called out customers' names so quietly that they were barely audible. We also observed one employee scrolling on her phone while wearing the same gloves she was using to prepare food, which raised concerns about food safety.

One very very rude customer came in and trashed the place and they were all very polite and professional despite everyone in the building being mad at her. That customer ruined the atmosphere, but the workers are all wonderful and were way kinder to her than they needed to be (I had some choice words for her myself) They all need raises because no amount of money is worth putting up with that.
