Neither this one nor the one in town can get a Caramel Iced Coffee with cream and sugar consistently right. But that's besides the point. Today, I was in there and got my regular large caramel, iced coffee and I got the strawberry banana dream refresher. That's fine, they both came out perfect. Please tell me how this order of two drinks, 1 large / 1 medium came out to $16.09???? I consider this my fault because this is the second time this has happened and I should have looked at my receipt or asked for a receipt prior to leaving. They never offer you one. I should have known of known something was up when I had to repeat my order.Multiple times and he had a green tea on the register, and I asked him about it. Then, it seemed like he corrected it and rang up the correct order. Guess not. So this is the second time I've tried calling this store to let them know that they messed up and it just rings and rings and rings before it finally goes into a fax machine. Who still even has a fax machine? Apparently they do. Also, the son-in-law and daughter just left, Friday was their last day, and they've relocated. So now, I believe it's the owner that's actually running the store. Before this, I've never seen him and before this, I've never been overcharged.This is the second time this man's overcharged me. I won't be coming back to this store.
