  Did an online order and pick up was for 730. Walk in and front counter is crowded by people waiting for DoorDash orders. Few minutes go by and say I’m here for my order. Girl at the counter looks at the bags and goes not there yet. Sit down and wait, after 20 minutes I’m the only one sitting there. People who ordered inside, after me, get their food first. I could see two bags waiting to be picked up. I’m sitting at the table right infront of the counter, not once did a staff member say a word to me. After a total of 25 minutes goes by I stand up, eventually one of the girls goes oh who were you waiting for. I told her my name, lone and behold the bag that was sitting there was mine, but of course still waiting for the two milkshakes. While waiting for the shakes another staff member goes how can I help you. Very frustrated, I just say I’m still waiting. When I finally get my food they say sorry for the wait. I understand being Worcester, there are a lot of door dash orders, but there is absolutely no organization. The fact I was the lone customer and not one person could check on me, that I had to stand up to be noticed. Didn’t see any time of management giving any direction. Food was just okay, would have been better if it was hot out of the bag.
