  On some level I feel bad leaving a one star review. The staff have always been friendly and the food has been great. But the wait times are so mind bogglingly unacceptable that I cannot rate this location any higher. I have repeatedly placed orders ahead of time on the mobile app, driven 10 minutes to the store, and then had to wait an additional *half hour or more* for my order to be prepared. As I write this I am currently still waiting for an order I placed 40 minutes ago to be prepped. I have made three phone calls to the store, none of which have been answered. If the store management can get their act together, then I would happily rate this location a 5 out of 5. But wait times like this are so unbelievably insulting to paying customers that by rights I'd rate this a zero if I could. This store needs MAJOR organizational work, and until that happens I will *never* recommend this location to *anybody,* regardless of how good the food is or how friendly the serving staff are. This is egregious, unacceptable, and infuriatung.

  SERVICE TAKES TOO LONG, EMPLOYEE(S) MAY HAVE BEEN INEBRIATED! Writing this review while still waiting for my order and three cars have left the drive through due to the wait times. I placed a mobile order 50 minutes ago and still am waiting outside, even being told to pull up past the window. Even if our order was large (it wasn’t), nearly an hour wait at a “fast food location” would be worth less than a single star if I could help it. I recommend going to any other fast food restaurant in the area. After receiving our order, the food was cold (but ok) and we weren’t even given a drink we ordered.
