What an absolute joke. I paid $29. I got a quesadilla no sauce add extra chicken extra cheese, red cabbage pico jalapeño and lettuce. I barely have any lettuce, NO cabbage, no extra chicken no extra cheese, and to top it off, they didn’t cut it I had to. Absolute joke. Oh and I ordered chips and queso, good thing I received the queso with no chips! Thanks for nothing!
*edit* the young girl at the drive through was super nice. I asked to add an extra cheese cup she said ok asked someone and asked if it was ok to pay .90 I said no problem at all! Went to hand her $1 and she goes “ she said you can’t order anything at the window and would have to drive back around I’m sorry 😔”
Idk who SHE is I’m assuming the manager but I feel sorry for the poor girl, if the other staff is anything like the way my food turned out she deserved better teammates. Wish I knew her name cause I would give her a shoutout! Sweet girl

Jasmine had great customer service. Had a mistake in my order and came in The next day with my receipt and she went above and beyond to compensate. The new AI ordering system is really frustrating, but she helped alleviate that frustration.

Poor service. I ordered online. Go to pick up my food and noone on the register. They are all in the back cussing and talking. Finally someone comes to the register and the lady completely ignored me. I ended up waiting in the drive thru over an hour just for an online order. Tried to call and cancel my order. Noone answers the phone. Just Ridiculous!

Impossibly long wait times. Ordered on mobile at home, waited 20 minutes, then drove 10 to this location. Drive thru had like 5 cars in it, took 40 minutes to get through and my order was STILL not ready when I got to the window. Finally got my food another 20 minutes later, parked, and the entire order was wrong. Missing items, wrong items, wrongly made items, the works. Went inside to complain or get a refund, employee said they were out of cantina chicken (I ordered the cantina chicken taco combo).
So let me get this straight. You don't have an item a customer orders, so you pack their order with a bunch of crap they don't want in hopes that they don't notice or complain? Without asking?
After an employee took half my order back, I waited at the counter for another 20 minutes with no update. They remade the whole order and somehow, they magically had cantina chicken again. I guess they lied to my face to avoid taking responsibility for messing it up.
It took 1.5 hours for them to make the order the first time, and 20 minutes the second once I complained. Make it make sense. And the kicker? They STILL got the order wrong the second time!!! Missing items, wrong items, etc. But I got my cantina tacos and I was too exhausted to complain again.
I know Taco Bell is a billion dollar company and they should do better about this location at a higher level. More employees, better pay, management, etc. But the employees at this location clearly don't care about you, your order, or your time.
DO NOT go to this location. They will do everything wrong and waste hours of your time doing it. Go to One Eleven Steak House and order a 9 course meal and you'll still be done before your Taco Bell order is ready. I will not be returning here.

terrible service!!! went there around 1:30 am to get a late night eat. some old lady with a big nose and glasses gave me and my mom attitude because her self was too lazy to go on the speaker and instead she made us talk to AI. all we wanted was to make the crunch taco supreme in our meal and the AI speaker kept saying “i didn’t catch that” over and over. so of course we laughed it off then just went to the window. this lady is so miserable she yells. “17.35!” then we hand her a $20 bill and she throws out change into our hand with an attitude. lady if your too old to be working at taco bell and can’t handle people having fun THEN QUIT!!
