  LOL - I swore a few months ago that I would only shop in-store at this Shaw's after a disappointing pick-up experience where a portion of my purchase wasn't loaded onto my car, with no apologies from the Store Manager regarding this mishap. Well, that only lasted a few months before I sheepishly had to resort to grocery pick-up. The good news is that my last 3 pick-ups have been EXCELLENT - fresh produce & foodstuff with a long shelf-life, all carefully packed. Nothing has been forgotten. So thank you - perhaps there was re-training or a renewed commitment to valuing every customer interaction. Either way, I'm grateful (& humbled, LOL).

  It's usually a great store but this morning 4/19/26 @ 7:40 it was foggy and without many shoppers and as I paid for my groceries at the self checkout ( and walked my carriage through the first doors and organized my groceries in the lobby to fit them in my backpack, a female employee with dirty blond hair comes up to me and very quickly asks me "did you walk through those doors?" Meaning the second doors in the building that lead you next to the fruit section.. I've never talked to this employee before and she has certainly never asked me how my shopping experience was or ever said thank you for shopping at Shaw's. And she certainly didn't go up to me and say "sir, I have a question please, did you go out those doors?" Instead she gave me a lame excuse and said "somebody just walked out those doors." But if she was being truthful she would have been looking out the windows in the lobby to see what direction the person went because it's a huge parking lot and the windows give a bird's eye view. Not only is she disrespectful but she is also a liar.

  I did a delivery order today from this Shaws and the driver was doing multiple deliveries at once I guess so mistakenly some of my stuff the driver gave to the first home she stopped at. I called the store and spoke to the woman in the deliveries department and she went above and beyond fixing my issue. I wish I caught her name. I'm very thankful for that.

  When Shaw's has chicken or meat on sale, the product is usually not in stock on Wednesdays. This occurred to me at least twice in the last month. Management continues to tell me the product did not come in and to get a rain check. This company puts products on sale but doesn't have amble supply for the entire sale period. Customers should find other non shaw stores (stop and shop, big y or price chopper) to shop at because this practice is unacceptable
