  They Blatantly Lie to your face that the Western Union is down , when in fact its not down, they just dont feel like using it, or teaching the little NEWBIES they hire how to use it !, So one of the newbies behind that counter said to me , Well come back in the morning, it will be working, Oh really I replied, That means that you actually are lying because how would you know that it will be up in running in the morning?, , "BUSTED", Of course he didnt know how to answer that question. , I also said the sign they put up in that area , was not that noticeable, but that sign was up for 5 days , because I was in there 5 days ago at that counter for a return I had to do , But the point is, they have lied in the past about that Western Union being "OUT OF ORDER" , ironically the Other Shaws Western Union 5 minutes away was working Just fine!!, ,So im the one that had to pay for more Uber rides back n forth thanks to their DECEPTIVE BEHAVIORS, !, I did contact corporate in reference to their BS

  I shop this store 52 weeks out the year and for 52 weeks I am confronted by a sales person from National Grid wanting to give me a gift card and save me money on my energy bills. Shaws Management I just want to buy food for my family and do not want to explain every week why I am not interested in this program . I wish you had a no solicitation policy at your store. These sales people are starting to get more aggressive with their sales pitch and frankly today rude.

  Where I’m located I have more than 15 grocery stores I can get to in 20 to 30 minutes or less. Typically, I shop at Shaws 75% of the time. Today, I went in, got my groceries even though 40% of the items I needed we’re out of stock. When I get to the registers is only one light on and a self serve area. The self service for 15 items, I had 20. But there was 20 people waiting in line for the one register so I went to self serve. I was told by the person in charge of it that I could not check out there. I’d have to wait in line. I tried to explain there’s only one register open. She gave me attitude, that she’s doing her job, and then I’d have to wait in the long line. So I left my full cart and said there you go. And I left. I will never be back! Shaws can’t compete in the Worcester Marketplace, if they’re going to treat customers like this when we have so many other choices in the city!
