- ERE. C. RayMay 6, 20261.0The food was sub par at best. I saw the people preparing my pizza in the back and they used jared tomato sauce. The pizza was pathetically small for a personal pan pizza. FOR $6 it should have been a hell of a lot bigger, but wasn't so. Avoid this, play shed at all costs.Unless you plan to overpay for lackluster , food. Delivery is even more expensive.......

One of the worst customer care on every end wether its in store or trying to call them for a delivery order that has not been delivered correctly and them just putting you on hold just for another call center to pick up and put you on hold again just for them to hang up. I called almost five times and all five times i kept getting a call center when i just wanted to reach the actual store on grafton st in worcester mass because they did not deliver me everything in my order so i just kept getting the run around and them hanging up after waiting on hold for 10mins plus each time i called to the point where we just said forget it and never got what we ordered. Money wasted. The store looks dirty the workers there are so miserable and un happy they dont even smile this is just sad that a place where i use to love coming to got this bad. To the point where the workers dont even want to deal with phone calls so they can just have u talk to call centers and get the run around while they mess up on your orders. Better off going in person if you decide to grab anything there.
