  Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in the nation had an employee put his bare hands in my drink before filling it. 99% of time you can’t get your food at the window it also comes out cold and the order is never right. The place is supposed to be fast food and it take a half hr to get your food. The employees who work there think they need raises if you ask me they need pay reductions or it needs shut down. Please McDonald’s head honchos investigate this terrible excuse for a McDonald’s.

  Wild how bad this whole experience was. The menu has an option to buy an item and get an additional item for a dollar. We purchased four of those items when we pulled to the window we were told that promotion was no longer available. They did not do anything about the discrepancy and because we were in a hurry, decided to just pay the additional amount and move on. After going through the drive-through window, we realized we were shorted one of the items. Tried to call the number on the receipt to let them know, but that number is no longer in service. Called the customer service line and left a message. They let you know you will receive a call back. No call was received. I looked up the number to call the store directly After telling the person what happened the first time I was hung up on. The second time I was told the manager was in the bathroom. I let them know. I had no problem waiting for the manager to finish so I can speak to them directly. After about 30 seconds I was hung up on again. I understand it’s just McDonald’s and nobody expects it to be a gourmet meal but if you don’t get what you pay for you should be in reimbursed in some way. Should’ve just went to Taco Bell, bro

  Forgets items. cant handle the amount of drive thru orders. Interior is dirty, nobody handles the front counter. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to have to go in and get my food anyway AND For gets items can handle drive thru orders. Interior is diirty nobody handles the front counter. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to have to go in and get my food anyway. You guys charged me for a burger I didnt even get because your staff forgot it. Its pitiful here it really is. You forget items on mobile orders. Whoever is managing this place apparently needs to stand over these workers and make sure they know how to do their job. I really have never been to a worse establishment
