- FMFrancesca MossDec 22, 20221.0COCKROACH in my sandwich!!! My boss’ boss got us all a large catering order for a meeting. It was a great presentation, nicely packaged, seemed freshly made and came with condiments on the side. Well, i opened up my sandwich to add Mayo to it and found a COCKROACH running around in there!!! I spoke with the manager and he did not seem surprised at all. He said “ oh, it must have been the lettuce, though we do triple wash it”. He also did not do anything to reimburse us, when I persisted, he offered ‘MAYBE, next time you come in I could offer you a discount’. As if we would ever come back. More than a hundred dollars wasted and more than dozens of us without lunch.

The sandwiches are delicious. The service at this location is excellent. Very friendly counter staff. The location is very clean. There is metered parking out front and they deliver if you live/work nearby.

Everything was on point, clean store, friendly and very fast service, as well as (most important) great tasting cold subs. The sandwhich felt very full, there was no slacking on the meat and the bread was fresh (unlike other sub places). Minus one star because I wish there were more tasty options! Otherwise, definitely worth a visit.
