Also never seen any 5 guys employees move so slow. There was 7 bodies I think. One guy was showing another guy something on his cellphone and laughing. One girl was on the line head down working. Eventually I had to actually yell at somebody to get my food which was ready. Amazing how with all these people around this location can't find solid crew. I can go to any 5 guys in NYC or Alabama and get solid service, which is why I tend to choose 5 guys. Won't be back. Like, won't be back to the town or state bye.

They were thrown back on the grill for a minute or two to reheat them. Afterwards, burger patties were dropped on the floor while sliding them down the counter. The crew member says to me "you saw that?" and offered me a free drink for what I assumed was for the inconvenience of having to wait for new patties to be cooked/heated up. A minute or two later, my order was ready and no new patties were cooked/heated up. They must have just thrown the patties they dropped back on the bun and finished preparing it like nothing happened while the other guy was offering me the free drink. Never again, at least for this location.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
