- SYSunny YoungMay 21, 20251.0Placed an order in the drive thru. When I went to the window to pay I realized I forgot one thing for one of the kids in the car. Asked them if they could add it to the order. Lady was very rude and told me no. I asked her why and then another worker came and told me no. Worst Dunkin I’ve been to with workers with nasty attitudes. I wouldn’t expect anything less for this area but I’ve been here before and never experienced anything like this. The workers at the drive through should be fired or take a class on customer service

They are nice and polite but always either get the order wrong or undercooked the food. I got snackin 🥓 that was floppy and translucent but figured they just took it out of the oven so I would need to give it time to harden up, turns out it was halfway cooked and as soon as I ate it 5 to 10 minutes later I had a mild stomach ache which I know will turn into full-blown food poisoning at some point because you're not supposed to get a belly ache right after you eat something that looked iffy to begin with. The only reason why I'm upset is because I fed a piece of this undercooked bacon to my three-year-old son who I hope doesn't get sick because people don't know what they're doing or care to do their job properly while on the clock. I've recently started going to the Dunkin Donuts downtown and it's what the Dunkin Donuts on Main Street should be or at least used to be. They remember your order right off the top of their head if you're a regular and their food is always thoroughly cooked especially if you request well done.
