Most of the staff are impatient and inattentive, and they often don’t take the time to listen or care about getting orders right. While there are a few employees who do their job well. Orders are frequently wrong or missing items, even after being repeated clearly multiple times. This isn’t just a one time issue but a pattern and other reviews reflect the same problems. On top of that, the food and drinks are often low quality, with food being burnt, missing ingredients, or not even filled properly. Overall, the service feels careless and inconsistent. For the prices being charged, customers should expect much better service and quality of food.
- ASAurora SMar 14, 20261.0At drive thru woman taking the order didn’t know what a Dunkalette was that is on the menu. “She said we don’t have that, that is a food item!” Huh? “We have a dunkin latte.” Told me to leave. I don’t know if there was a language barrier or what, but it’s sad you don’t know what a basic drink is at a place you work at. Plus that you have little to no patience.
