  Went to order my usual iced chai latte. New person asked how do I want it. I replied the regular way The order taker yelled back at me what and gave me attitude. Train your staff before you put someone to take drive thru orders.

  I went to pick up a mobile order earlier today and while I was waiting the person making my order proceeded to throw something in the trash and push the trash down. Without changing her gloves, they proceeded to take out the bread off the toaster and prepare mine and another person’s order. I asked them if they could remake mine but they told me to ask at the register and when I told who I’m guessing is the manager who asked me why, they told her to remember to clean her hands and make me another one. The other person got upset and said some stuff in Portuguese in a frustrated manner and proceeded to make me another sandwich in what seemed a bad mood. I understand that this is a low paying job and I don’t expect them to do anything more than what their wage reflects and I am grateful if they do but putting your hands in the trash can and then proceeding to make food and then get mad when you get politely asked to remake it is just delusional.
