I was not able to turn around and ask for another one so a few days later I went back and explained the situation the employee named Ian delivered such poor customer service. Again today 8/9 I got an order and the coffee iced latte that I ordered was not made right and they could tell by my reaction instead didn’t even in slightest provide good customer service but instead said “what kind of milk do you want”. I explained further that I would like what I ordered but could tell and taste the order was not made right. Very disappointed! I understand sometimes things can be made different or wrong but at least fix it for the customer

- RHran HongJul 18, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. One of the female employees was extremely rude. I told her clearly that I wanted a chocolate donut with a hole in the middle, the kind without any filling. However, she handed me a flat donut with sweet sticky filling inside, which my child does not like. When I told her it was the wrong one, she insisted that “there is nothing inside” and even laughed at me. I have no idea what she was laughing at — it felt disrespectful, as if she thought I didn’t know what I was talking about. I ended up buying the donut she gave me, and when I got home, my child only ate the chocolate on top and refused to eat the filling. It was completely wasted. I went back to the store to exchange it, and the same employee was extremely impatient, asking “Which one do you want?” in a very rude tone. Fortunately, the manager came over and helped me exchange it properly. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, especially the employee’s attitude and the way she mocked me when I insisted it was the wrong donut.
