- ENEthel Nelson1 day ago1.0I never leave reviews, but I decided today I need to leave one because I feel that I was racially profiled and faced micro aggressions this morning while getting my Matcha all because I spoke up for myself I was told that I needed to behave more “classy in front of children” even though I never use a swear word or called anybody anything I was just simply speaking up for myself and because I’m black I’m being treated as the problem instead of the workers being neutral. They decided to take Another customers side over mine even though I was there first. Treating me as though my money meant less than the other customers. All these are micro aggression that we face every single day, which is why I stood up for myself AGAIN do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts because that was crazy.

But this Dunkin Donuts have the worst costumer service I ever seen my life, Two times I went in the drive thru 2 employees no all, threat us rude, disrespectful like they hate this job, and hate everybody else, I don’t feel welcome I feel like I’m seeing my mom with a mad face working as a receptionist Today, I order a sugar-free caramel iced coffee bc there’s just 1 employer there I wait, and told the woman “ Hi, when you have a free time, can you please put two pumps of caramel here ? is because I don't feel the caramel she said “ there’s no caramel there , is sugar free vanilla shot “ she pick up my cup and dump the rest of the caramel syrup in my cup I went to buy a coffee and left unhappy I didn't just spend a 9 dollars there I left my happines there, this is the last time I went to this Dukin, never again ! I would not like to be here complaining in public. I would like to speak to a manager, but I’ve never seen a manager there, the manager needs to know how they are threatening the people Now I have to go far away for get my caramel ice coffee 💔 this one NEVER AGAIN

And I said “Ok, you didn’t tell me that” and the employee said “I’m telling you now” in a completely rude manner. Not the way this should have been handled. You didn’t tell me that in the drive thru or at the time of payment. I shouldn’t have to come inside the store and get a rude response. Rude, rude, rude.
