  Today I was very disappointed with the service at Domino’s Pizza on 304 Park Ave. I placed my order at 7:45 AM for pickup at 11:00 AM, but when I arrived at 11:00, my order had not even been started. They only began preparing it around 11:25 AM. Because of this delay, I arrived about 40 minutes late to my son’s school birthday event. What is most frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened. Please, next time try to respect the pickup or delivery time chosen by customers. People plan their schedules around those times, and delays like this can seriously affect important moments.

  I added a dissert for my children. The online order messed up. I called 5 times on hold for the entire time till the pizza guy got here. No answer. I couldn't even cancel my order. When the driver got here he said to reorder. That's 6$ and I tipped him. I can't do that twice. Never ordering from there again.

  Was given a 40 minute delivery time on monday night, food was never delivered and order was marked complete. When i tried to call i was placed on hold and hung up on 7 times, without speaking to anyone before i could cancel my order. Please close this store and fire everyone in it.
