  I stopped ordering mobile pickup from this location because it always felt like I was getting half portions, even when paying for double meat. Today, I went in person and ordered a double chicken burrito. I literally watched the employee shake chicken off the scoop before adding it to my burrito. When I questioned it, she told me, “This IS double.” This was honestly the most ripped off I’ve ever felt at a Chipotle. would rate 0 if possible.

  Not really one to be picky. But they charged me $2 extra for the vinaigrette and little gave me the smallest portion, they said “this is how all of the portions are” and I know it’s not cause I used to work at chipotle and I ordered last week from a different chipotle and half the cup is filled lol and I didn’t get charged. Wouldn’t recommend this chipotle

  We arrived at Chipotle at 10:11 (it closes at 11 pm) they were out of every meat except beef and pork, beans looked dried up and nasty, and there were NO toppings except for lettuce. They refused to refill anything or give from the "online order station". Multiple people walked out and went to Dave's hot chicken across the parking lot

  I ordered on the mobile app, so I would expect the order to be ready or at least be acknowledged when I get there especially as a first responder while in my EMS uniform when I’m standing there waiting for 30 minutes for my order. The staff rudely ignored me while I was waiting for my order. When I got the order it was such a small portion even when I asked for extra for most things.
