  Hardly anything in the burrito… flat. And ordered a large chips but instead in the takeout bag was a large…. CUP. I was unable to return to the location at the time, so frustrating to say the least. I don’t bother reviewing much of anything, but the lack of quality and consistency at this location is absurd. And the low reviews prove it. I wonder what it will take for real changes to be made.

  The food tastes as if it’s days old The chips are stale And the attitudes of the workers are horrible. I asked for an ice cup, the guy says “it’s only for water and I’ll be watching you”.. i spent $40 on lunch and the energy and attitude was VERY distasteful.! Will not recommend

  Are you kidding me? $16 for a burrito that is the size of my Roku remote. This is literally a scam. You can’t trust doing Online Ordering at all anymore. All my burritos were this size and they didn’t fill my whole family up. What a shame!!!!!

  A very bad experience for a new customer. I really don't like spending my time on this, but I think that this time, it's become a bit personal for me. First, the service: the young woman who waited on us wasn't having a good day—or I don't know what was wrong with her—but her attitude was horrible. Secondly, regarding the food: if you know that almost all your ingredients are spicy, you should put up a sign letting people know—especially if a customer is with a baby (in this case, 18 months old). When I asked, the young woman told me everything was spicy; I asked why I hadn't been informed—more for the baby's sake than my own—and her response was, "That's what the kids' menu is for. "I looked at her and said, "Am I seriously paying 25 dollars for a meal I can't enjoy with my son just because you didn't feel like being in a good mood at work?"

  I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle in Worcester. There weren't many people in line, but the staff seemed to be rushing through my order instead of listening to what I was asking for. The most disappointing part was at the counter. When I asked for a cup for water, the employee (a big guy at the register) said, "The cup is for water only, no soda," in a tone that felt rude and disrespectful. I understand the policy completely, and if I wanted a soda, I would have purchased one. It was the way it was said that made me feel uncomfortable. Good customer service is about treating customers with respect, especially when the restaurant isn't busy. I hope the management provides better customer service training so future customers have a more welcoming experience.
