  Not only did I get overcharged but the lady didn’t listen to my requests when ordering, the proportions were very uneven and minimal, and the food is bland.

  I’ve never left a review ever in my entire 26 years of living and access to the internet, but I’m so distraught by this location that I feel like I need to. I only ever DoorDash chipotle, and every other time there’s always some mistake. Ingredients missing, ingredients ADDED, and/or an item missing. Today around 1 pm, I placed a $35 dollar order (a bowl, chips and guac, with a generous tip to my driver because of the noreaster storm. They failed to put my chips in the bag. I tried calling the store’s number and I’m met with AI that refuses to put anyone through. I eventually lied and said I’m an employee, which did the trick. The person that picked up the phone was completely dismissive and I’m not even sure if he understood what I was telling him. I just hung up. Do better, you guys have sub 3 stars. It’s concerning.

  I have been coming here since this establishment opened its doors the very first time, not only do I always waste $60 here but the portion will always be a kids meal plate. To top it off me and the family got our food with the wrong ingredients! This chipotle and its crew is a full on joke in Worcester and will more than likely never get the orders right for as long as they don’t care too. If this store really cared about its work then let’s get to it and stop stepping on toes for once

  I hate writing bad reviews, but every time I come to this Chipotle I have a terrible experience. The place always looks miserable, everybody is looking at the ground, there’s barely any interaction, and it just makes me feel unwelcome. Today I wanted to try the new Salish meal. On the app, it says it includes a kids cheese quesadilla with a side of guac, white rice, and beans. I’ve always been someone who doesn’t eat much, so when I saw they came out with this meal, I was actually thrilled to try it. I ordered about 6 minutes before getting to Chipotle, and when I opened my food, it was already cold. I also noticed I only got the quesadilla, rice, and beans, with no guac or other side. From what the app shows, I’m supposed to get three sides. I went back in to talk to one of the workers, and she told me I don’t get guac unless I pay “a lot extra” for it. I’m really writing this review to confirm whether I’m misunderstanding something, because if guac doesn’t actually come with the meal, then it shouldn’t be advertised that way on the app. I’m truly disappointed. Chipotle has always been one of my favorite places to go out to eat, but recently I’ve had so many bad experiences that I’ve started limiting how often I go. I really hope this location improves because I genuinely like the food—I just want to feel like I’m getting what I ordered and have a better experience when I come in.
