- NSN SLMay 9, 20263.0This was going to be a 1 star review initially. The lady serving my food was very rude. I had a food request which has never been an issue at any Qdoba from any stores in MA and NH and she just simply said no really rudely and didn’t give me a reason why she couldn’t accommodate my request. I asked for my receipt because I was going to get in touch with Qdoba customer service directly and give my review. However, the manager on shift who was cleaning the store probably overheard what happened and offered me an alternative solution which I appreciated and gave me a polite explanation as to why her server told me no. While I appreciate how courteous he was and that’s the reason why i didn’t further contact customer service I do believe you guys need to train your staff better. I’ve gone to this qdoba 3 times. This visit being my last ever. The service is never consistent and they have rude staff serving food while talking to each other in a different language. Last time I was there I overheard how the cashier and the server were judging and making jokes about my food in Spanish but little did they know I also speak Spanish even if I don’t look like I do. The managers are always great to deal with but if they are not around the experience is not the same. I will stick with a different location going forward.

- KJKit JApr 16, 20265.0Qdoba is my go to for corporate catering events but the last few times I’ve ordered, from other locations, the delivery person almost refuses to set up which is supposed to be part of the catering. I had another event this week and had a large catering order which came from this Woburn location. The women who delivered it was AWESOME!! She was on time, very nice, set the whole thing up and made it look perfect and took all of the trash with her which no one else has even done! The food was great too! Just terrific all around!!
