- MMMNAOct 8, 20265.0I’m a big fan of the Four Corners Dunkin in Woburn, and it has become my usual morning Dunkin—even though there are several other locations along my way. I actually drive an extra five minutes to come here because I genuinely like the people and the way they treat their customers. The staff is wonderful. They are always friendly, patient, and willing to engage in conversation. You can really feel that they care about the customers. I’ve even had to ask for my shaken espresso to be remade because it didn’t taste the way I usually like it, and they handled it with a smile and absolutely no attitude. It truly felt like they were there to make sure I left happy. That kind of customer service deserves to be recognized. ❤️ That’s also why I’m very disappointed that this location does not have a tip option on the card-payment screen. At many other Dunkin locations, when you pay by card, the electronic pad gives you the option to leave a tip. Here, there doesn’t seem to be any way to tip unless you happen to have cash and exact change. I think this is unfair to the employees, especially because they provide such great service, and it’s also frustrating for regular customers like me who want to show their appreciation but don’t always carry cash. If a manager or someone from Dunkin is reading this, I sincerely hope you’ll consider adding a tipping option to the payment screen at this location. The employees at Four Corners deserve to have the same opportunity to receive tips as employees at other Dunkin locations, and regular customers deserve an easy way to show their appreciation. I’ll continue coming here because I really like this team. I just hope Dunkin will make it easier for customers to support and recognize them.

Finally I went inside, only to find out I had been charged 3x for the same order!! They made the order only once, but said they couldn’t refund me there. I would have to contact customer service. Two plus weeks and multiple emails and calls later, I still haven’t gotten my refund (over $31 gone). I provided all the receipts and screenshots. They responded once with an auto-reply and I never heard anything again. I even called the corporate office of this particular location and never heard back. Hands down worst customer service ever!! Dunkin has an awful reputation when it comes to this, and now I see why. Such a disgrace.
