It wouldn't have been so bad but he argued with me about it and said it was my mistake and put me on blast in front of other customers and he was completely wrong and out of line. Honestly I think he did it because I was black. I should have asked for a refund and left but one of the other staff offered to make it for me, which was nice of her but there was nothing frozen about that drink. It was just chocolate milk. Come to find out according to my coworkers he's always messing up orders. I can't for the life of me understand how he interpreted matcha from frozen hot chocolate. They will never get my money again. A word? Don't let the manager make your order. Go to everyone else but him! Update: July 10th I figured I'd give it another shot against my better judgement. Horrible employees. They hate their jobs and probably their lives. Extremely rude. Don't waste your money. Can't get an order right to save their lives either. I thought just the manager was rude. No it's all of the employees. Never again. For real this time.

Every time I visit, they are incredibly unfriendly; I barely get a chance to sit down before the servers start trying to rush me out. I went again today, and after sitting for just ten minutes, a server came over to wipe the table their body language and attitude made it abundantly clear they wanted me to leave. Coming to this store leaves me in a foul mood every single time.
