- TUThe Un4gettableSep 5, 20261.0First and last time here. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming atmosphere. Everyone looks miserable and not one person smiled. I said good morning with a smile and was just greeted with "How can I help you?" Asked for a maple snackn bacon and instead got regular bacon. Not one lick of maple flavor on the bacon. Hash browns were cold and the coffee didn't taste fresh either. Tasted like coffee that is just sitting there for hours. I get that working in fastfood is stressful but it would have been nice if the staff were welcoming. It wasn't even busy so I wouldn't understand. I said thank you after I picked up my coffees and the person making the coffee gave me a peace sign with his fingers while looking outside super serious. I said thank you to the young lady after she gave me my food and she just turned her back and walked away. Judging from other reviews, this is the same experience everyone else is reporting. I will not be back. Please do better!

It wouldn't have been so bad but he argued with me about it and said it was my mistake and put me on blast in front of other customers and he was completely wrong and out of line. Honestly I think he did it because I was black. I should have asked for a refund and left but one of the other staff offered to make it for me, which was nice of her but there was nothing frozen about that drink. It was just chocolate milk. Come to find out according to my coworkers he's always messing up orders. I can't for the life of me understand how he interpreted matcha from frozen hot chocolate. They will never get my money again. A word? Don't let the manager make your order. Go to everyone else but him! Update: July 10th I figured I'd give it another shot against my better judgement. Horrible employees. They hate their jobs and probably their lives. Extremely rude. Don't waste your money. Can't get an order right to save their lives either. I thought just the manager was rude. No it's all of the employees. Never again. For real this time.
