- RVRayyan VahoraJun 18, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at the Chipotle in Woburn. There was obvious cross contamination throughout the food line. I eat halal, so avoiding pork and other non-halal meats is important to me. When I asked for queso in my bowl, it contained chunks of steak. While we were being served, we also watched soda cup lids fall directly into the corn container, and the employee simply removed the lids and continued serving the same corn to customers. When I pointed out my concerns about the cross-contamination, the employee’s response was that food “just falls” into other ingredients and still seemed willing to serve it. I understand that accidents happen, but the dismissive attitude toward food safety was concerning. Cross contamination can be a serious issue for people with religious dietary restrictions, allergies, or other dietary needs, and it did not seem like these concerns were being taken seriously. To make matters worse, our order was given to us in a paper bag that smelled strongly like trash. I’m not exaggerating the smell was immediately noticeable when we received it. Overall, the food handling practices, customer service, and cleanliness were disappointing. We couldn’t even bring ourselves to eat the food because we no longer felt comfortable with how it had been handled. We ended up throwing the entire order away and going to Qdoba instead. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves standards at this location.

The kids working are super fast and polite and the chef in back cooking looks like hes taking alot of care in what he's doing. Everything was fresh and restored my faith in chipotle. I won't go to the other locations surrounding this one. Lines were out the door and they kept calm and collected. We'll oiled machine.

It was busy but not busy enough to take that long. 100 people came in person in line in total I saw out of the whole time and people were waiting for an hour for their pick up order
