  Why is it when I come in at 10:30pm the staff was putting stuff away? They made everybody who was ordering feel super awkward and they were basically out of all the proteins. Straight laziness from your staff!

  Do NOT order from this Chipotle. Absolute worst service possible. Every order I’ve made from here, especially if it’s pick up or delivery is missing items, especially the ones you pay extra for. They do not care, and will avoid your calls and complaints at all costs. Terrible service every time.

  I wish i was able to give 0 star and the ratings at this location just makes sense because the rudeness of the women employees are appalling…. Imagine being a paying customer and waiting 20+ Minutes after the scheduled finish time Just for your burrito to fall apart due to the person being incompetent of rolling a damn burrito correctly HAHAAHHA then proceed to talk shit in a different language and basically refusing to fix it when asked super politely on top of being okay with “paying the extra 60 cents” for an extra burrito wrap embarrassing if you ask me. I mean i’d be miserable if I was working at chipotle too but thankfully I don’t! :)

  I placed my order at 11:10 AM, with a scheduled pickup time of 11:20 AM. I arrived at 11:30 and waited approximately 20 minutes before checking with a staff member in the packaging area. She informed me that my order had been completed, but it was not on the pickup shelf. I was told that it was picked up. I then asked for assistance, but my request was ignored. I asked again if someone could help me or connect me with a manager, but my requests were repeatedly dismissed. After being unable to get any help, I had to speak out loud over the counter to get someone’s attention. At that point, I was told to “calm down,” despite the fact that my earlier, polite requests had been ignored. This experience was unacceptable. What should have been a quick 30-minute lunch pickup turned into a 1.5-hour ordeal, during which I was left standing in the store, frustrated and in tears. I understand that it may have been a busy time and that staff can have challenging days, but it is not professional to ignore customers seeking assistance—especially when the situation could have been resolved with basic communication and support.
