- JCjenna c6 days ago1.0I went thru the drive thru which apparently was not working A woman took my order and I PAID HER then when I went to get my coffee the guy insisted that the charge had not gone thru and made me pay again SURPRISE I was In fact charged TWICE And they insist I didn’t it wasn’t there error it was mine They always argue and are always wrong Do not go unless you want to pay and pay and pay

Whoever Hugo is, I now know he likes four caramel swirls, four creams, and two sugars. I also adopted his Boston cream donut. No worries—mistakes happen. I just hope Hugo enjoyed my regular iced coffee and chocolate frosted as much as I apparently enjoyed his order. This location always seems to find a way to keep things… memorable.
- SLSolstice LaurenJul 8, 20261.0I’m a Boston native and Dunkin fanatic. I’ve been drinking Dunkin multiple times a week since I was fifteen, and have had almost no complaints ever! The exception is this location, where I have gone dozens of times over the past year or so, and they have never (and I mean never) gotten my order correct. I’m not one of those people whose order is super complex with a lot of requests, but nevertheless, I’ve never gotten what I asked for. If it’s a drink, it’s the wrong milk or flavor. If it’s a donut, it’s the wrong kind. If it’s a sandwich, they’ll probably give you an empty bag. Just a heads up— if you’re looking for something specific, this is not the Dunkin to go to.

- JMJefferson Alejandro MartinezApr 17, 20261.0Éste ha sido el peor Dunkin donuts que yo he visitado en mi vida desde el momento en que entré había una señora peleando porque le entregaron su pedido mal y yo dije bueno se equivocaron normal, pero luego cuando yo ordené me hicieron cuatro veces mi orden porque se equivocaban en todo y aparte de todo, a pesar de qué ellos estaban equivocando cuando al final yo les decía que no era lo que yo pedí ellos me salieron muy prepotentemente ya por último me resigné y me fui porque andaba corto de tiempo tanto les costaba hacer un solo pedido que lo hacían mal, y no es que trate de ser malo, pero quizás era por poco entrenamiento o porque no hablaba en inglés y yo soy hispano, pero uno trabajando tiene que hacer el mejor esfuerzo por atender a los clientes y yo en mi trabajo me esfuerzo, tratando de aprender y hablar mejor inglés posible. Yo nunca jamás volveré a este lugar porque me hicieron pasar un momento muy desagradable, ya que yo tenía mucha hambre y se equivocaron mucho en mi pedido.
