- HHHildaJun 6, 20261.0There is never a time I can come to this Dunkin’ Donuts and they get my coffee right it’s beyond annoying and aggravating considering a coffee is $5 smh… I asked for a medium coffee with almond milk and sugar then I noticed the screen said black with almond milk which makes zero sense so I reminded the woman at the register can I please have sugar, she says yes no problem and proceeds to hand me a coffee with no sugar. So annoying. Last time I asked for a wrap with no cheese because my son is allergic they put cheese off even tho it said no cheese on the sticker. They mana he to get my order wrong every single time how hard can it be???? I used to work at dunking donuts and it is not a difficult job. Do better you guys ruin my day every time I come here

- CCCharlieApr 30, 20261.0I go to dunks all the time. Once a week practically. The only times I go to the ones in Wilmington (this one and the one in Luccis plaza), I almost die. Both have accidentally put almond milk in my coffee as opposed to oat milk. Luckily I was watching the person who made my coffee today so I didnt drink it. Shame on the manager (if they’re run by the same person). I would love to talk to them, but when I tried to call last time, they dodged my calls! Stay away from this place if you have any allergies. I’ve ordered from dunks hundreds of times and I’ve never had such a bad experience. Go anywhere else. Go to any other dunks.
