  I ordered hot regular coffee, coffee was not hot enough and i asked the guy: why its not hot enough ? He said afternoons we dont make fresh coffee, that coffee is from early today we made it, very disappointed 🙃

  Drive through worker was highly unprofessional. I paid with cash and the worker put all the money that I would have gotten back straight into the tip jar and then pauses before asking me if that’s ok. I said it’s ok because it’s about 80 cents, also because I was flustered. Regardless, I wouldn’t even be writing a review if the worker didn’t also act unprofessional when they were handing me my food. They didn’t even put it out the drive through window and her back is completely turned to me. So I wait for her to notice because her back is turned I couldn’t get her attention as well as the fact she’s in a conversation. After about 10-15 seconds they slightly reach their arm out enough for me to grab it. The previous workers were great, I’m not sure what happened but I hope whoever that was gets some training and is told to give people a choice whether they tip or not.

  Ordered BACON avocado toast for pick up . Went it , picked it up in a hurry. Opened it after 7 min and saw only avocado toast without bacon. No time to go back , stress early morning .

  Worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Ordered bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Got a charred sandwich with no cheese. Asked for one with cheese and got the same sandwich back with a cold slice of cheese on it. When I politely asked for a hot melted sandwich the guy argues with me that this is how they always do it. Honestly either pay people enough so you can get staff that has some idea what they’re doing and how to treat customers or shut the place down. Not the first bad experience we’ve had here. It’s an embarrassment to the brand.

  Good place friendly staff, but the food is always cold! Every time I get a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant, it’s room temperature at best. I’ve already gone in there once and asked for a hot sandwich. Now I don’t wanna go back in there and ask for another hot sandwich because I don’t wanna be a bother. I’m sitting here outside of the establishment, eating a cold bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant right now and I’m pretty upset.
