It’s not my responsibility to pay your salary, and I’m quite sure the owner of Dunkin’ Donuts makes significantly more money than I do. Lately you’ve started this malarkey where you hand the card reader out the window. Not only can I not see what it says, but I then have to take it into my own car so I can read it. The last two times I have been at your establishment I have waited in line longer than normal. The first time I waited 10 minutes, my egg and cheese sandwich was stone cold the second time it was room temperature. In both cases I watched while the cars in front of me struggled with the card reader, one person dropping it twice. I have a feeling this is partly responsible for slowing the service down . Regardless, even though you are the closest Dunkin’s to my work at the Family Medical Center, I will no longer be stopping. And I’ll be sure to share my experience with my coworkers.

This morning, however, 4/4/22 @ 8:30 a.m. I was at the drive thru for 30 seconds with no acknowledgment I was there, so I simply said, "Hello?" and the woman on the other side said, "I'll be right with you." I said, "No, problem." Then she must have forgotten to turn off her mic because I heard her say, "This one over here all like, 'Hellooo?' All rude with an attitude. No! Goodbye! Goodbye!" I was very tempted to respond with, "You know I can hear you, right?" I'm very disgusted, because no doubt other patrons inside the DD heard her as well. If you're going to badmouth customers, at least be sure they can't hear you.
