  I haven't been there yet and I was planning on checking it out for lunch today but after reading all the reviews it looks like I'll ever be going tbere. New store same old sloppy standards...

  I was really excited when this Chipotle opened, but my first visit was disappointing. I was told they were “out” of the vinaigrette dressing for my bowl, which, honestly, is the main reason I go to Chipotle. But it was clear that wasn’t true, they had plenty of it in the back. Being told otherwise felt frustrating and unnecessary, especially when it’s such a small request that makes a big difference to the customer experience. I’ve never run into this issue at other locations, so it was frustrating, especially for something so simple. Hopefully this is just a new store working through opening kinks, but it definitely left a bad first impression. Not sure I’ll be back anytime soon.

  Was excited to see a new chipotle open . This place was disgusting . For being open only a week it’s clear that being clean is not something they were trained on . The floors were filthy . The kitchen space was disgusting . The dining area wasn’t cleaned all day . This place was trashed . Shameful .

  FILTHY !!!!!!!! It’s amazing how this place has been open less than a week and the standards for sanitation is horrendous, the table where they wrap the burritos have dried up cheese, sour cream, chicken and lettuce all over it, while one of the workers is just staring off into outer space instead of wiping it down, never mind the dining tables looking like they haven’t been wiped in days, I recommend they train the employees on sanitary practices and making sure customers are eating in a clean environment & being served food from a clean surface, I haven’t found a clean chipotle location in MA for years now but it’s amazing how it’s been only a week in this place has absolutely horrible standards

  I don’t know what it is with the MA Chipotle locations but it’s been months since I’ve been to one that had everything in stock. This one just opened and half of the sodas were empty, the iced tea canister was on the counter but clearly had never been filled once, etc. The drink areas are always trashed. There’s no napkins, hot sauces are empty, ice dispenser is broken. I’m really surprised how poorly the locations here are run compared to CO. The food itself seems just as good. It’s just the supplies and drinks.
