- GMGirl Meat5 days ago1.0Absolutely the worst dunkins I’ve ever been to.. and that spans 25 years. They literally cannot hire a single competent worker. My bagel is always microwaved instead of toasted? Which makes it essentially rubber. It’s horrific. They can’t make a decent coffee. They can’t take an order. They can’t do math. It’s all bad. I drive to upton to avoid this s***hole.

The whole purpose of the drive thru is to be able to wait on more than 1 customer and if the person at the window has a huge order you send them around front to wait like McDonald's and Burger King and all the other drive thrus do!!! These people have lost my business, it's always like this because there's no shift managers, these young kids have no accountability they just act however, they're all rude and don't care!! Fix the problem, Tom and Barbara would be upset to know this place has gone down hill so far and so fast!!!! I've been going here for over 30 years and spent a fortune here for this rudeness??? No. Fix it or me and everyone I know, which is a grand amount of people, NEVER go back!!!

Management needs to do better at who they hire!!!!!
