  I come here a lot to grab a coffee and a bagel before work and everyone that works there is super nice and friendly. My coffees are almost always good but the bagels sometimes have this plastic taste to them thats really off. I dont know why they are tasting like this or if anyone else has had that same issue!

  I didn’t want to do this, but after thinking about it for over 24 hours, something needs to be said. I pulled into the drive through- I was harshly greeted over the speaker. When asked what I wanted to order, I said “a medium caramel iced latte with skim milk”. The woman abruptly yelled at me and said “hold on a second”. I then heard her talking under her breath and then she said “what did you want?” In a very snotty tone. I repeated my order exactly as stated above. She repeated it back “a medium latte with skim milk”. I then said “iced right” and she replied “yup.” Then I said “and you heard caramel correct?” And she said “yeah caramel”. Ok fine- then she asks if that was it, and I asked for a sandwich. And she took the order and I went up to the window. An older woman with a ton of blue eyeshadow greeted me with a mean face and told me the price. I took out my card and tried to hand it to her, and she rolled her eyes and ripped it out of my hand. She processed the payment, and handed the card back. She gave me my coffee and I thanked her. Then she was clearly unhappy to be there because when my food was ready she basically threw the bag at me. I smiled and said thank you so much have a great day!!! And she just shut the window with no response. I’m sorry, but as a waitress, I feel a smile and a warm greeting is the proper way to act… this is not the first encounter of a bad experience, and I will not be going back. Too many messed up orders, rude employees, and iced cold food. Go to dunks on Providence street as they are always pleasant, cheerful and happy. I do not recommend this Dunkin to my worst enemy!!!!

  If you enjoy arrogant, slow staff and an incredibly rude and entitled manager this is your dunks. Only visit this disaster when I visit my brother's house as it is down the street. Let me explain this delightful visit. Was told by a very rude lady at the counter that I could either wait to pay cash until she finished making all the orders or I could use the kiosk. Essentially denied the option to pay cash. Not familiar with the kiosk and was having trouble getting the meal deal to take. The rude women then starts speaking to me like I'm am mentally disabled. Keep in mind this is the same woman who was to busy to take my order. Meanwhile there is a man whose order was wrong and he did not determine it till he got home. He waited 10 minutes to speak with a manager who was beyond rude. She essentially made it seem like it was his fault as he didn't check the order before leaving. She personally remade his order and was beyond rude and said hey at least I remade it. I'm sry I work in customer service, you do not treat people that way. There were 7 people behind the counter all failing miserablely at being efficient. Seems like they all hate their jobs and feel entitled. I frequent dunks in Boston area and oh boy we do not get treated like this. My coffees were not even mixed properly and the entire ordeal took 20 minutes to get 2 $6 dollar meal deals. Staff and more importantly management are failing miserably at this location and I will be directing further complaints to corporate especially pertaining to the rude and arrogant manager who should not even be permitted to run a lemonade stand. Do better dunks, hire better, this is pathetic.

  I stop by to get a coffee for my wife on my way home. Place was busy and I went inside for hopefully quicker service. Lady was putting drinks on the self and looked at me and said someone will be right with you. I waited 5 minutes and same lady came back and I politely asked if someone could take my order. Her response was " can you see im busy". So yeah I walked out.
