My coffees are almost always good but the bagels sometimes have this plastic taste to them thats really off. I dont know why they are tasting like this or if anyone else has had that same issue!
- SDSamantha DaouJun 17, 20261.0I didn’t want to do this, but after thinking about it for over 24 hours, something needs to be said. I pulled into the drive through- I was harshly greeted over the speaker. When asked what I wanted to order, I said “a medium caramel iced latte with skim milk”. The woman abruptly yelled at me and said “hold on a second”. I then heard her talking under her breath and then she said “what did you want?” In a very snotty tone. I repeated my order exactly as stated above. She repeated it back “a medium latte with skim milk”. I then said “iced right” and she replied “yup.” Then I said “and you heard caramel correct?” And she said “yeah caramel”. Ok fine- then she asks if that was it, and I asked for a sandwich. And she took the order and I went up to the window. An older woman with a ton of blue eyeshadow greeted me with a mean face and told me the price. I took out my card and tried to hand it to her, and she rolled her eyes and ripped it out of my hand. She processed the payment, and handed the card back. She gave me my coffee and I thanked her. Then she was clearly unhappy to be there because when my food was ready she basically threw the bag at me. I smiled and said thank you so much have a great day!!! And she just shut the window with no response. I’m sorry, but as a waitress, I feel a smile and a warm greeting is the proper way to act… this is not the first encounter of a bad experience, and I will not be going back. Too many messed up orders, rude employees, and iced cold food. Go to dunks on Providence street as they are always pleasant, cheerful and happy. I do not recommend this Dunkin to my worst enemy!!!!

My nephew ordered on the app, wraps were crunchy and burnt, placed in bag upside down so when you grabbed them they fell out, didn't even have 3 hash browns per wrap, minimal to no sauce, they forgot the donut we paid for, guess that's what happens when you hit up a dunks in a gas station, will never return to this dunks.

Lady was putting drinks on the self and looked at me and said someone will be right with you. I waited 5 minutes and same lady came back and I politely asked if someone could take my order. Her response was " can you see im busy". So yeah I walked out.
