But I caught her red-handed talking about my aunt, who happens to spend hundreds of dollars in that store weekly. As we approach the register, my spouse and I, she did not greet us or make any eye contact. When I had a question about an item she answered very rudely, then when it came time to make the payment, the credit card machine was giving me issues, instead of helping me through it, she sighed in annoyance, she swung the c.c monitor around towards her, snatched the card out of my hand, ran the card and rudely asked me which option did I want, afterwards aggressively spun the monitor back towards my direction. When the transaction was over she made a sly comment saying "Thank God for that" under her breath. If you do not like your retail job, then go find work somewhere else. If you do not feel comfortable ringing up my items because of my skin color then by all means , find another employee who will , but you do not have the right to disrespect me as a paying patron. I don't need to be your friend or family to receive basic common courtesy as an shaws customer.
