  We came here as a family and Danny went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcome, he was very attentive and friendly, food was delicious!!

  Used to come here all the time like 5 years ago. They must have changed owners because the two things I ordered might have been the two worst sandwiches I’ve ever looked at. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap that had no dressing and soggy croutons (how does that even happen??). My girlfriend ordered an Italian sub with extra pickles and lo and behold, no pickles. Italian sub had no mayo no mustard just meat, cheese, and a dollop of hots on a stale crumbly roll. Unfortunate fall from grace from such a town staple.

  I ordered wing dings online and checked the box for honey mustard. There is a place to add extra sauce on the side, which they charge an extra 59 cents for. I get the wings saturated in honey mustard. Soggy and messy. I called to tell them my order wasn't correct. I asked if they could just make them plain with the sauce on the side. They said no. That's how I ordered it. It was definitely not the way I ordered it. The young lady told me that online it states that the sauce is to be put on the chicken. I looked again, it doesn't say that. I had to drive, with my 3 year old disabled patient to take the chicken back because they refused to correct THEIR mistake. When I get there I pull up the delivery order menu where it clearly just has a box to check off for sauces. Nowhere does it say it's going to be put on the chicken. She said you need to check off the sauces on the side. Those sauces are extra and you have to pay for them. You get free sauce with your order of chicken then you have to pay for any additional sauces. Well then, if I should pick from the sauces on the side I have to pay and where is my free sauce that comes with the chicken? Now, her wheels are spinning. She starts to speak to an older woman in another language, which by the way was the manager. But when I went into the store to ask to speak to the manager, I was rudely spoken to and told that she's not here when she was there the whole time. Hmm? Anyways, they made the order over and when the toung lady handed it to me spoke rudely again and said next time make sure you order correctly. Instead of apologizing for the error and inconvenience of me having to pick it up after I payed for delivery. Disgusting set of people who own this restaurant. Their attitude isn't pleasant and they are stand offish instead of apologetic after making an error. Unfortunately, I will never go into this restaurant again. Customer service is everything. Today it was non-existent.
