- MRMargret ReyJul 10, 20261.0Dont bother placing a pick up order in store, the staff will just ignore you and will keep taking customers meanwhile not making your coffee. Doesnt matter that I was already in there waiting for my mobile order. I waited about 15 mins before someone asked me what I’m waiting for. Even tho multiple times I said excuse me, I was ignored and told one time to hold on. The service is terrible, attitude are terrible and long wait times for no reason.

The store wasn’t busy, and I ordered a hot green tea—just a teabag with hot water, no milk or cream—but I was given a black coffee instead. When I contacted customer service, they asked for a receipt, which I unfortunately wasn’t provided at the time of purchase. I realize these situations can be tricky without documentation, but it added a bit of frustration. It may help in the future if orders are repeated back to customers before being prepared, as that could prevent mix-ups like this. I’m hopeful this can be resolved, and I appreciate your time in looking into it.
