  I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was a bit disappointed with my recent experience. The store wasn’t busy, and I ordered a hot green tea—just a teabag with hot water, no milk or cream—but I was given a black coffee instead. When I contacted customer service, they asked for a receipt, which I unfortunately wasn’t provided at the time of purchase. I realize these situations can be tricky without documentation, but it added a bit of frustration. It may help in the future if orders are repeated back to customers before being prepared, as that could prevent mix-ups like this. I’m hopeful this can be resolved, and I appreciate your time in looking into it.

  I just came by for a standard coffee and one sandwich. I sat in the drive through window JUST NOW for almost 10 mins and the young lady who handed me my order grabbed it from right in-front of her which means it was sitting there for who knows how long. It SHOULD NEVER take almost 10 ENTIRE MINS for a single coffee and sandwich. Managers or whoever should be delegating tasks better to ensure sufficient service around the clock. Esp during morning hours and afternoon hours. There was no one in front of me the store inside was moderate so theres no reason my order should have been sitting getting cold or any reason i should have waited almost 10 mins. Always enjoyed coming here until today new service is horrible

  Bacon is never hot. Always burnt. And I got 3 pieces. Need to do better with that.

  The customer service Shanka provide great customer service, when I brought 10 gift cards as Christmas Gift, She was very patient and made sure every transaction is accurate. Likes the hard work and passion.

  I just sat in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes for 10 munchkins and a coffee. Sat at the window for five minutes with no acknowledgment. Then the worker hands me my coffee and munchkins and the order was WRONG . I refrained from getting any hot food there worrying it would be wrong, but can’t even get the correct flavored munchkins right absolutely ridiculous. - the worked asked to “fix it for me “ but as that point I was already running late I had no time for them to take another 10 min for the correct munchkins.
