Wake up wraps also look like they tear them up for no reason. If an item isn't already ruined, they make it their mission to ruin it before serving it.

Make you feel like an outcast just because you don’t want rubber bacon. When I walk into the building they make me feel extremely uncomfortable they start yelling I’m not making her sandwich. I spoke to the district manager about this NO CHANGE I’m a general manager of restaurants myself and I would never make my regular feel as uncomfortable as they do me I spend over 20$ a day at this location and they make me feel like I’m a nuisance to them just because I ask them to make the bacon crispy today was my final straw I walked out without my sandwich I already paid for this is the last time you guys make me feel like I’m the worst customer just because I ask for well done bacon! I will never come back here. I would like someone from cooperation to contact me because this issue as suppose to be addressed when I spoke to the district manager when he was we in shop. I should not be treated this way just because I ask your employees to cook bacon 30sec longer. Where is the hospitality?

I ordered 5 donuts and they squished them all in a tiny bag causing frosting to get everywhere and all over the other donuts that simply did not come with frosting. Drinks are not properly made. I order the same drink at other locations and they make the drinks correctly and all taste the same. Here I don’t think they add the correct amount of cream/syrup.
